Five vehicle classes to match every kind of trip — from efficient Economy hybrids for budget-conscious airport runs to First Class Mercedes-Benz S-Class for milestone occasions. Mercedes-Benz dominates the lineup from Standard upward, with the Sprinter Minibus carrying groups up to fourteen. Whichever class you choose, the standards stay the same: fully insured, RNAVT-licensed, professionally driven.
Our most-photographed vehicle. Six leather captain’s seats, sliding doors on both sides, panoramic roof, and a quiet cabin closer to a private jet than a van. The default for families, friend groups, and multi-day touring.
Standard class and above kept under 3 years old, replaced on a rolling schedule. Every vehicle professionally inspected and detailed between trips.
Every vehicle in every class carries comprehensive insurance plus the Portuguese RNAVT private hire license. Documentation available on request.
Infant, toddler, and booster seats available upon request, additional charges apply. Specify ages at booking and we’ll have the right configuration ready.
For groups of 14+, we arrange synchronized multi-vehicle convoys with matching driver-guides. Wedding parties, corporate retreats, cruise excursions.
Skoda Octavia, Toyota Prius or similar
Efficient and economical. Modern hybrid or compact sedan, fully insured, professionally driven. Excellent value for budget-conscious airport runs and shorter trips — cleaner and more comfortable than a regular taxi.

Our most-booked class. Executive sedan with leather seats, quiet cabin, and the steady ride German engineering is known for. The default for couples, solo travelers, and small families wanting Mercedes-level comfort.
Mercedes S-Class, BMW 7, Audi A8, Cadillac Escalade or similar
The flagship tier. Extended-wheelbase luxury sedan with limousine-level rear legroom, deep reclining leather, climate zones, ambient lighting, and the quietest cabin in the fleet. Premium occasions, milestone trips, VIP travel.
Mercedes V-Class, Cadillac Escalade or similar
Six leather captain’s seats, sliding doors on both sides, panoramic roof, and a cabin that feels closer to a private jet than a van. The workhorse for families, friend groups, and multi-day touring.
Mercedes Sprinter or similar
For larger groups without sacrificing comfort. Captain’s-style seating across multiple rows, generous luggage space, individual reading lights, USB at every seat. Corporate retreats, wedding parties, multi-generational families, cruise groups.

Standard class and above kept under 3 years old, replaced on a rolling schedule. Economy vehicles kept under 5 years and passed through the same maintenance program. The fleet stays consistently fresh year-round.
Every vehicle passes the Portuguese IPO inspection annually plus an internal 50-point safety check every 6 months. Brake systems, tires, and electrical inspected before every long-distance tour.
Every vehicle in every class carries premium third-party plus passenger insurance and the RNAVT private hire license required to legally operate paid passenger transport in Portugal. Documents on request.
All drivers hold the Portuguese RNAAT driver-guide license, pass annual background checks, complete defensive-driving certification, and demonstrate professional English proficiency at hiring.
Bottled water and air conditioning are standard in every vehicle — not upgrades. Wi-Fi hotspot and USB charging standard in Standard class and above. Child seats (infant, toddler, booster) are in every class.
Every vehicle is detailed between passenger groups — not just “wiped down,” properly cleaned. Interior vacuumed, surfaces sanitized, exteriors washed. Your driver arrives with a clean vehicle, every time.
Our First Class Van and Minibus models can be equipped with hydraulic ramps and wheelchair-anchor systems for travelers with mobility devices. Configured at booking with no additional charge.
For wedding-day chauffeur service, we partner with a vintage Mercedes-Benz specialist offering a 1960s 220S or 1970s 280SE classic sedan. Black or ivory body, leather interior, professionally maintained.
Infant (0–15 months), toddler (1–4 years), and booster (4–10 years) seats are available in every vehicle class. Multi-child families fully accommodated. Specify ages and we’ll configure the vehicle.
Most of our current Standard and First Class vehicles run on Euro 6d diesel and plug-in hybrid Mercedes engines — the cleanest available combustion technology, but not zero-emission. The Economy class is where hybrid is now default (Toyota Prius and similar), making it our cleanest tier.
Long-distance tours across Portugal still need the range that pure-electric vehicles can’t reliably deliver in 2026, so we’re investing where the technology works today: Lisbon-region airport transfers and city chauffeur services are transitioning to Mercedes EQE and EQV electric models.
Our goal: 50% electric fleet by 2028, and we’d rather tell you the truth about it than pretend we’re already there.
Questions we hear most often about the fleet. For service-specific or booking-process questions, see our main FAQ.
Economy is a modern compact sedan or hybrid (Skoda Octavia, Toyota Prius, or similar) — fully insured, professionally driven, clean and comfortable. The right choice for budget-conscious airport transfers and shorter point-to-point trips. Hybrid is standard, so it’s also our cleanest tier.
Standard is an executive Mercedes E-Class (or BMW 5 / Cadillac XTS equivalent) — the same vehicle senior executives use as company cars across Europe. Leather, quieter cabin, Wi-Fi included, more comfortable for longer rides. About double the Economy price but materially nicer if you can stretch.
If unsure: Economy for airport-to-hotel runs under 45 minutes; Standard for longer drives or if you want premium feel from start to finish.
Standard class and above: maximum 3 years old. Vehicles are replaced on a rolling schedule (typically every 30-36 months), so the fleet quality stays consistent. Average age in this tier is around 18 months. Economy class: maximum 5 years old. Slightly longer lifecycle reflects the lower price point, but all vehicles pass the same maintenance and inspection program.
This matters because the 3-year cap on Standard+ is genuinely unusual in the Portuguese private hire market — many operators keep vehicles 5-7 years across all classes. We hold a higher standard at the executive tier and are honest about Economy being a different commitment.
Yes — both within reason. Vehicle class requests are honored (you choose from the five classes at booking). Specific vehicles (a particular V-Class) we can’t always guarantee because of maintenance rotation, but we’ll do our best.
Specific drivers: yes, on request, especially for multi-day trips where the relationship matters. Once you’ve traveled with one of our team, you can request them again. For first-time bookings, we match driver to trip based on language, route familiarity, and your stated interests.
yes, Available upon request, additional charges apply, in every vehicle class including Economy. We carry infant seats (0-15 months, rearward-facing), toddler seats (1-4 years, forward-facing with harness), and booster seats (4-10 years). Multi-child families are fully accommodated — specify ages at booking and we’ll configure the right vehicle and seat combination.
For two-child families, the Standard class works with one toddler seat. For three or more children, we typically suggest the First Class Van for the extra space and easier loading.
Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available with 7 days’ advance notice. We equip a First Class Van (V-Class) or Minibus (Sprinter) with a hydraulic ramp and wheelchair-anchor system at no additional charge.
For travelers with mobility limitations who don’t use a wheelchair (walking aids, limited stair-climbing), all our standard vehicles are accessible — the First Class Van is particularly easy to step into thanks to the sliding doors and lower floor.
For groups of 14+, we arrange synchronized multi-vehicle convoys. Two Minibuses get you up to 28 passengers; a Minibus plus a First Class Van gets you 20. All vehicles in a convoy travel together, with matching driver-guides and unified routing.
Common cases include wedding parties celebrating in Portugal, corporate retreats, wine clubs, and extended family reunions. For groups of 30+ (coach territory), we can quote a larger 30-50 passenger vehicle on request, though the experience shifts from boutique to group travel.
Hybrid is standard in Economy class — the Toyota Prius and similar hybrid sedans make this our cleanest tier by default. Standard and First Class Van also have plug-in hybrid Mercedes options available on request.
For pure-electric requests, we currently have 4 Mercedes EQ-series vehicles (two EQE sedans, two EQV vans). Available primarily for Lisbon-region airport transfers and city chauffeur services where range isn’t a constraint. For long-distance tours (Douro, Algarve, Spain), we still recommend our hybrid or diesel Mercedes — Portugal’s rural charging network isn’t yet reliable enough for full-electric multi-day touring.
Practical guideline:
Economy & Standard: 3 large suitcases (75cm/30″) plus 2 carry-on bags. Fine for 2 adults with full luggage; tight for 3 adults with full luggage. First Class: Same as Standard. First Class Van: 6 large suitcases plus carry-on. Minibus: 14 large suitcases plus carry-on. Generous.
For families bringing strollers, golf clubs, surfboards, or oversized items — tell us at booking and we’ll either upgrade your vehicle or arrange a luggage van follow-up.
From an Economy airport transfer to a week across Portugal in a First Class Van. Tell us what you’re planning and we’ll recommend the right vehicle — honestly, even if it’s a smaller (less expensive) one.
